Paige Returns for Season 10!

Even the younger Paige is looking forward to Season 10

Degrassi Nation has learned that Paige Michalchuk is reading through season 10 scripts as recently as a week ago. On her Twitter she tweets “Lovely day @ degrass catchin up w peeps. Snuck a peak at a season 10 (&%!$) script and it is lookin good guys (as are the new cast members!)” It doesn’t specifically mention that she is reading the scripts for business purposes but it does give us a chance to continue the ongoing speculation that Lauren Collins will be in season 10. If she is in next season it would be as a guest appearance.

It is of course viable that she was just at Epitome to see the new cast members and catching up with the old ones. But i honestly don’t see that. IF she comes back, i don’t think it would be good for the show. As we last left her, it was the “Degrassi Goes Hollywood” movie with drama between Marco and Ellie and chances are they will not be back for Season 10 in any role. I say this because if Marco and Ellie don’t return when (or if) Paige returns, the storyline will be as awkward as Marco returning as a teacher. I really hope this story comes to fruition though, i believe that any old cast member returning is a good episode. So lets cross our fingers.
