Possible new Season 10 cast member?

So Jessica Tyler, via TwitPic may have given us a huge hint as to who might be the second cast member of four that will appear for season 10 (First being Cory Lee, new teacher to Degrassi). In this picture we see Annie Clark (Fiona), Charlotte Arnold (Holly Jeanette), Jessica Tyler (Jenna) and someone we have not seen before.

Degrassi always likes to give us teasers and this photo isn’t any different. I am sure this is meant to stir up the Season 10 “pot” as we ae left with the “Who the hell is that?” question, but it seems to me that this dude will “get real” this summer.
